When an address will not load
A blank page, a circuit that keeps rebuilding, an error opening connection box. Before you conclude the market is down, work through this list in order. Most failures live on your side of the circuit.
Wait
The first load builds a circuit before anything reaches the market. On a slow connection that is a full minute of nothing. A page that has been loading for twenty seconds is not yet a failed page.
Build a new circuit
Click the onion icon in the address bar and ask for a new circuit, or use the connection panel for the same action. One bad relay in your current circuit is the single most common cause of a dead load. New circuit, wait, try again.
Use the second address
If one address fails while the others load, the route is the problem, not the market. Use the one that works and stop spending time on the one that does not.
Test Tor itself
Open a known onion address in the same browser. The Tor Project's own onion works as a test. If that one fails too, the problem is your network and Tor, not Nexus. Bridges, a different network, a cable instead of wifi: that is the territory to work in.
Stop switching browsers
A regular browser will not resolve an onion address no matter what extensions you install. The fix is Tor Browser with a working circuit. A second browser is not a fix, it is a different version of the same failure.
What this page cannot do
Nothing on this site touches the market. We cannot see your circuit, we cannot see the market's servers, and there is no status light to check. If everything above is done and the market still will not open, the honest answer is to wait and try again later. There is no faster way to find out.
